1 Step

Smash the boiled potato add paste of ginger garlic , green chillies, salt and white flour (maida). Knead well

2 Step

Make chutney by grinding coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic , lime juice.

3 Step

Cut the egg into 4 vertical pieces. Apply chutney on each piece of egg.

4 Step

Cover with potato mixture.

5 Step

Dip the roll in a beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs

6 Step

Deep fry in oil and remove once golden brown
